Hassle-Free Returns:
We want you to love your Arkell & Wills cashmere! However, if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the purchase date to return it.
Here's how to return your item:
Contact Us: Let us know you'd like to return your item by emailing us at info@arkellandwils.co.uk and using the return form in your delivery parcel.
Return Your Item: Carefully pack your unworn item in its original packaging (if possible) and obtain a Proof of Postage from the Post Office. This protects you in case the item is lost during return shipping.
Refunds and Replacements: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
For Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, we'll happily replace it with a new one (subject to stock availability).
Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, we'll issue a full refund for the purchase price, minus the original postage cost.
Please note: There may be slight processing delays during peak seasons like Christmas.
